The development is a mixed use scheme incorporating residential, commercial and leisure. Sitting adjacent to the northern shore of an 18ha lake, the scheme is set back from the shoreline preserving local wildlife and their existing habitat of woodlands and hedgerows.
The overall scheme will include a 4 star and a 3 star hotel; 550 residential units and 0.6 million sq ft of varied hi-tech office accommodation. In total the development provides 1.5 million sq ft of floor space.
The scheme has various levels of public realm throughout the site which includes home zone areas and 8 acres of green network comprising landscaped space and an urban park. It is proposed that scheme will achieve a BREEAM Excellent rating.
