This mixed use development is situated on the site of the former Stratford Cattle Market in a strategic location adjacent to Stratford’s railway station. The scheme embraces good, contemporary urban design principals and provides 200 residential units in a mix of apartments and town houses, including affordable housing accommodation.
Responding to it’s relationship with Stratford’s rail and bus stations, a large public square has been created accommodating bus and taxi access and is flanked by the station and the new development.
