Wergs Hall

Wolverhampton

Redrow Homes

Wergs Hall was constructed in the mid 1800′s as an Iron Master’s house. Most recently the building has been used as offices. The hall itself has been converted into 6 luxury apartments.

A modern wing attached to the house has been demolished and replaced with 19 apartments of a contemporary design that both respect and respond to the form of the hall. A former amenity block on the site, was also demolished and replaced by 18 apartments built in a courtyard setting, replicating the traditional nineteenth century stable block typically associated with large country houses of this era. The entire development is set within spectacular mature landscaped gardens which incorporate a large lake.
